A Day in the Life
The Banquet Chef is responsible for food production needed for banquet functions and private parties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage food production including menu planning, costing, execution, and employee supervision for banquet functions.
  • When requested, assist with production of food for restaurants.
  • Assist in the hiring, training and ongoing supervision including scheduling of all employees involved with banquet food production.
  • Assist or relieve the Sous Chef whenever reduced banquet volume allows.
  • Assist in the planning of food-related aspects of each special event.
  • Establish and adhere to food cost goals for banquet functions; takes corrective action as necessary to help assure that financial goals are attained.
  • Assure that food quality standards and pre-determined costs are attained on all banquet functions.
  • Set-up plating line for functions and assist with plating duties.

Qualifications
  • High school degree required.
  • A minimum of three years in a food preparation position encompassing all phases of food preparation and kitchen operation.

A Day in the Life
The Banquet Bartender is responsible for providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction for a variety of events including weddings, corporate events, member events and golf outings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare for opening according to Company procedures including inspection for adequate supplies, procuring additional supplies as necessary, and preparing garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.
  • Greet guests as they enter the bar area.
  • Mix, prepare and serve drinks according to approved recipes.
  • Report complaints to a manager as soon as they occur.
  • Maintain and clean bar equipment.
  • Clean and lock-up according to Company procedures

The Busser is responsible for setting and cleaning dining room tables before, during and after meal service.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist servers in their tasks.
  • Assist in carrying food trays to tables.
  • Remove soiled dishes from table and bring to dish washing area.
  • Remove soiled linen from tables and replace with clean linen.
  • Set tables with silverware, glassware, and clean linen.
  • Stock server’s station with supplies.

The Houseperson provides the highest quality housekeeping service to our Members and guests, while maintaining the service standards set forth by the management team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Reports any damage or maintenance requests to the Chief of Maintenance.
  • Calls in work orders.
  • Lock and unlock assigned buildings; secure building when facilities are not in use; check for unlocked
  • doors and windows and turn off lights.
  • Takes trash to dumpster.
  • Polishes glass, table surfaces, counters, shelves, desks, office equipment and door handles.
  • Moves furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis.
  • Cleans locker room areas and manage towels.

A Day in the Life
The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for all food and beverage service for the club, training and supervising all front of the house service staff, planning and implementing budgets, and applying relevant marketing principles to assure that the wants and needs of members/guests are consistently exceeded.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop the annual food and beverage budget and operating plan. Implement the plan according to Company operating policies and procedures to ensure profit goals are achieved as outlined.
  • Plan and implement staffing schedules to ensure customer service standards are achieved with minimum employee cost. Monitor activities to ensure compliance with Company payroll policies and procedures.
  • Ensure maintenance of all appropriate sanitation standards including, but not limited to, employee hygiene and uniforms, kitchen food service equipment and preparation areas, food storage areas, receiving areas, washing areas, dining areas, patio, snack bar areas, bar areas, restrooms, and beverage carts.
  • Implement and monitor the purchase ordering and receiving program to maintain par-stock levels on food and beverage inventories and ensure proper quantity and price on all purchases.
  • Monitor internal cost controls for the department. Ensure quality levels of food and beverage products and maintain standards in production, presentation, services, facilities, and guest satisfaction.
  • Sell food and beverage services to potential outing clients/members, show facilities and assist in planning as needed. Develop promotional programs to improve dollars per round.
  • Ensure compliance with operating guidelines related to the R.A.M. or Tips programs. Ensure operations comply with all state and federal laws, rules and regulations, relating to food and beverage sanitation, alcohol and tobacco, and ADA requirements.
  • Manage employment activities for applicable staff members, including but not limited to, performance evaluations, training, discipline and termination, etc.
  • Maintain knowledge of current and projected industry developments through continuous attention to industry periodicals and participation in relevant trade associations and organizations.
  • Assure the efficient and timely submission of all required operational, financial, budgetary and related reports.
  • Apply relevant marketing principles to assure that the wants and needs of members/guests are consistently exceeded.

The Outside Servicer Attendant will assist with the management of daily golf operations including managing and tracking play, working cohesively with golf staff, assisting with all merchandising functions, assist with tournaments and junior golf, and provide other professional services to ensure an exceptional golf experience.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide unmatched services to members and Own the podium.
Train others on a consistent basis and communicates with golf staff accordingly.
Member Services - greeting members & guests at their vehicles or in cart staging, engaging each mem­ber & guest with a smile and polite communication, assisting them in any way before heading out on the course.
Understand the entire operation thoroughly with a basic understanding of all club rules and regulations along with golf shop rules, policies and procedures.
Golf Cart Fleet Management - maintain a fleet of 64 golf carts, daily rotation of carts to ensure proper usage, bi-monthly maintenance of batteries and tires, and overall cleanliness of all carts daily
Utilizes TEKGPS system to monitor carts and golfers.
Range Management- this includes setting up in the morning, assisting members and guests before the start of play, making sure the range is organized in a tidy manner, picking/cleaning of all practice balls dai­ly, and breaking down everything before the end of the day.
Inventory of supplies - you will be asked to monitor the inventory levels of such items as tees, scorecards, pencils, towels, and ball markers to ensure that we do not run out of these frequently used items.
Communicate with the maintenance team and professional staff daily to ensure proper setup.
Maintain a neat, organized, and clean area in the cart barn, staging area, and practice facility. 
Assist in the execution of special events with the golf professional staff.
Work to resolve pace of play issues and solves them as needed.
Have fun working in a relaxed team work environment.

The Seasonal Golf Course Groundskeeper participates in all activities related to the care and maintenance of the golf course, grounds, and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in regular course and grounds maintenance to keep the golf course in proper playing condition according to Company standards.
  • Participate in the care of turf, plants, shrubs, and trees on the golf course and grounds.
  • Enforce all appropriate quality and cleanliness standards including, but not limited to, employee hygiene and uniforms, equipment repair areas, equipment storage areas, chemical and fertilizer storage areas, receiving areas, washing areas, lunchroom areas, restrooms, etc.
  • Operate and maintain equipment.

Qualifications

  • Golf course, landscape, and commercial mowing experience is preferred.
  • Candidates must have a clean driving record.
  • Candidates must work well in a team environment, have an eye for detail, and display a positive attitude.
